Smoky Paprika Potato Wedges

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika flakes
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

PROCEDURE

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Wash potatoes and cut into wedges. Toss with olive oil.
  • Use your Flavorae grinder to grind smoked paprika, salt, and pepper evenly over the wedges.
  • Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 30–35 minutes, flipping halfway.
  • Serve hot with your favorite dip.
