Smoky Paprika Potato Wedges

INGREDIENTS
- 4 large potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika flakes
- 1 tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
PROCEDURE
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash potatoes and cut into wedges. Toss with olive oil.
- Use your Flavorae grinder to grind smoked paprika, salt, and pepper evenly over the wedges.
- Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 30–35 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Serve hot with your favorite dip.
