Lemon Dill Salmon

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • ½ tsp dried lemon zest flakes (or lemon peel granules)
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

PROCEDURE

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place salmon fillets on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Brush with olive oil.
  3. Use your Flavorae grinder to grind dill, lemon zest, salt, and pepper over each fillet.
  4. Bake for 15–18 minutes until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Serve with a lemon wedge.
