Lemon Dill Salmon

INGREDIENTS
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried dill
- ½ tsp dried lemon zest flakes (or lemon peel granules)
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
PROCEDURE
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place salmon fillets on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Brush with olive oil.
- Use your Flavorae grinder to grind dill, lemon zest, salt, and pepper over each fillet.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve with a lemon wedge.
