Garlic & Herb Roasted Chicken

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 whole chicken (about 4 lbs)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp garlic flakes
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

PROCEDURE

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Pat chicken dry and rub with olive oil.
  • Use your Flavorae grinder to grind sea salt, black pepper, dried rosemary, and garlic flakes directly over the chicken.
  • Massage seasoning into the skin.
  • Roast for 1 hour 15 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  • Let rest 10 minutes before carving.
