Garlic & Herb Roasted Chicken

INGREDIENTS
- 1 whole chicken (about 4 lbs)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp garlic flakes
- 1 tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
PROCEDURE
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat chicken dry and rub with olive oil.
- Use your Flavorae grinder to grind sea salt, black pepper, dried rosemary, and garlic flakes directly over the chicken.
- Massage seasoning into the skin.
- Roast for 1 hour 15 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Let rest 10 minutes before carving.
